Public consultation period is from 9 June 2025 (Monday) to 27 June 2025 (Friday)
Amendments include:
- Canvassing for bankruptcy application to be a criminal offence
- 4-week deadline for creditors to file proofs of debt
- Additional grounds of unsuitability and failure for the DRS
